4 - 7 years (1st Grade)
In this class, we will give your young child a well rounded experience in the performing arts offered at Providence Fine Arts Center. This includes having visiting musicians from orchestra share their instruments with us, mini "field trips" to orchestra and choir classes to see what our older siblings are up to, exploring music and music theory in a hands on way through the KINDERMUSIK program, expanding our voices and developing choreography skills through choir, and trying on many "hats" with fun drama experiences that the kids just love. Most importantly, we will be developing Godly character, learning to use all these skills to worship Him, and learning how to interact the way He wants us to through our weekly devotion time as we study Godly character traits. As you can see, we are quite busy in Young at the Arts, and we love every minute of it!
Parents may drop their kids off and leave or may stay on the premises for some social time in the parent room.
